JOB SUMMARY
The On-Premise Sales Manager is a key member of the On-Premise team whose primary duty is responsible for providing daily support to the On-Premise team. This position is responsible for preparing the proper sales analytics, coordinate On-Premise sales workflow from Franchise On Premise Manager, coordinate metrics for the department and effectively communicate these efforts to On-Premise management. This position is to work.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
• Must have excellent communication skills, including listening, reasoning, comprehension, and reasoning ability.
Knowledge:

• Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Sales and Marketing - Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
• Mathematics - Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry and their applications.
• English Language - Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
• Education and Training - Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.

JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Support (SS) is a key member of the Retail Team. This is an entry level position that assists with the delivery.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Service all assigned accounts according to MIS Standards and based on Franchise Policy for service frequency.
• Service all accounts in accordance with MIS standards.
• Develop and maintain positive professional customer relationships.
• Properly complete all required paperwork to Company Policy and timeline.
• Communicate daily with supervisor any product shortages, product returns, refused orders, changes to next delivery order, account information changes, or any operational items.
• Achieve required percentage of Strategic Execution Objectives.
• Execute and achieve all account program key objectives.
• Properly rotate all products in accordance with the MIS Policy and Procedures.
• Ensure pallets, trays, damaged product, and returns are prepared for pick up at each account.
• Assist management in reporting competitive activity, achieving sales goals and metrics, and promoting MIS Purpose and Core Values.
• Required to work weekends and non-traditional hours as needed.
• Attend all scheduled meetings requiring your presence and / or participation.
• Adhere to customer policies for vendors or suppliers, which may include but is not limited to business conduct policies, business ethics policies, legal policies, and delivery and merchandising policies.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure pallets received meet defined requirements. 
• Ensure all item information is appropriately recorded into the warehouse management system by verifying and entering piece count and weights against bills of lading, invoices and other records.
• Inspect product being moved for shortages, damage, quality, or deterioration of packing and report to supervisor.
• Record and communicate vendor compliance issues by completing the vendor compliance form during receipt according to established PWMs.
• Ensure proper operation of dock doors, plates, lights and locks. Report repair or service needs to supervisor to avoid damage or an unsafe condition.
• Must successfully complete the receiving certification process and testing.
• Work effectively with immediate supervisor to minimize warehouse shrink/damage (product loss).
• Responsible for the neatness and cleanliness of assigned work areas and travel aisles, and the accuracy of warehouse locations.
• Report any unfixable/unsafe issues immediately to supervisor.
• Observe and enforce all safety rules to eliminate accidents and injuries.
• Operate appropriate MHE, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and orderly manner to eliminate accidents and injuries.
• Ensure that MHE is maintained (perform daily inspection) and clean; report repair or service needs to supervisor to minimize equipment damage and down time.
• Use warehouse computers and RF equipment in a safe and professional manner to avoid damage to equipment.
• Understand and comply with all applicable Company policies (i.e. attendance, Code of Business Conduct & Ethics, Associate Handbook, etc.
• Performs other warehouse duties as assigned.
